Candidates with degrees from outside Odisha must show proof of equivalence, and those with grades must submit the numerical equivalent.

The age limit is 21 to 38 years. In Advt. 03/2024 it was counted as on 1 January 2024; check the cut-off date in the new advertisement. Only the date of birth in the HSC (Class 10) certificate is accepted.
